Billy started working for LCI in Oct of 2015.  He previously worked for The Timbermen Fund out of Winnfield, La. for approximately 15 years in the safety department. He lives in Pineville, La. and conducts Loss Control visits mainly in the central and northern part of the state.  He has an ASC (Advanced Safety Certificate), CWCP cert., Master Logger Certification and COSS cert. (Certified Occupational Safety Specialist).  He is working on getting his SSH and/or CSHO (Specialist in Safety and Health and/or Certified Safety and Health Official).

Billy attended LSUA out of high school for 2 years.  He is married to Amy Porche and has 2 children and 1 grandchild.  Emily is his daughter who is 21 years old and a senior at LSUA. Colin is his 14-year-old son who is a freshman at Pineville High School, and there is his grandson Easton Rice who is 2 years old.  He enjoys hunting, fishing, golf, football and spending time with friends and family.
